Custom Folder Options
Please take the time to answer the questions below and we will help you find the perfect folder for your needs. We offer 90# or 110# stock white or manila stock as well as all of the pressboard folder options. Please let us know if you need a letter-size folder, legal-size medical chart, or a custom size folder. We offer standard expansion folders, W-fold expansion folders, Tyvek expansion folders, custom presentation folders, pocket folders, each with or without 2-inch fasteners to help the document management of larger chart files. Add built-in custom dividers, pocket dividers, file back tab dividers, and color-coded alpha or numeric labels. .

Choose your folder stock and color

Select your folder size...Letter Size, Legal Size, or Your Own Custom Size

Choose between the end tab for file shelving, the top tab for file drawers, or do both.

Choose your tab cut and position. You can make them all the same or choose alternating tab positions.

Add bonded or embedded fasteners in any position.

Add built-in or adhesive pockets in any position.

Add built-in dividers, pocket dividers, file back dividers, or pre-installed custom-printed index dividers.

Add custom labels with color coding, consecutive numbering, custom data, or barcodes.

Add custom print, forms or logos to any folder panel, tab, or divider.
